Gemini Enterprise agents in 48 hours: the FDE model at work
New client outcomes show how Tryolabs' Gemini Enterprise practice is closing the enterprise adoption gap, with production AI agents shipped in days and rollouts scaling to tens of thousands of users.
Tryolabs, a leading AI native partner with 16 years shipping production AI to global enterprises, today shared new results from its Gemini Enterprise practice ahead of Ai4 2026 in Las Vegas. Launched in April 2026 in expanded partnership with Google Cloud, the practice pairs Google's agentic AI stack with Tryolabs' Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model to move enterprises from committed technology to production adoption.
In a recent engagement, a Tryolabs FDE embedded on-site with a global pharmaceutical group and had Gemini Enterprise agents built and deployed within 48 hours of arrival, inside a tightly governed, regulated environment. Production tooling and governance protocols shipped by week three. Full ownership transferred to the client's team ahead of a 20,000-user rollout.
The engagement illustrates the thesis behind the practice: the defining challenge of enterprise AI is no longer deployment, it's adoption. Most organizations have committed to a platform.
