We will respond to any such request within the timeframes established by Law No. 18,331 and its regulations. International Data Transfers

Data Security and Breach Notification

Tryolabs implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with the security principle established by Law No. 18,331.

In the event of a security breach that affects the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of personal data under our control, Tryolabs will:

  • Notify the URCDP within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment we become aware of the breach, in accordance with Decree No. 64/020; and
  • Notify affected data subjects, in clear and simple language, without undue delay, when the breach is likely to result in a significant risk to their rights.

Such notifications will include, where possible, the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of data subjects and records affected, the likely consequences, and the measures taken or proposed to address it.

Control of Your Personal Information

At any time, you may restrict the collection or use of personal information that is provided to our website. Upon receipt of our newsletter or advertising you can unsubscribe and your contact will be deleted for future shipments. This company will not sell, assign, or distribute the personal information that is collected without your consent, unless required by a judge with a court order.
