Data Science Virtual Salon: Retail & E-Commerce

We have been curating our list of machine learning conferences for several years now. Even in this particular year, the number of events kept growing, but with a little twist: online events seem to be the safest way to gather people and keep the networking and knowledge flowing around the community while maintaining social distancing.

Over time, we have been highlighting those events we believe are especially relevant for our audience. The Data Science Salon series have been part of our list of favorites, and this year will be our second participation as speakers. Last year, Jennifer Esteche, one of our Machine Learning Engineers, hosted a talk about pricing automation at the DSS Seattle.

This year, we will be part of the Retail & E-Commerce event, which will happen virtually November 17-18.

About the conference

Most importantly, the tools will allow to estimate and understand the willingness to pay of each customer. With explainable AI tools and randomized control trial experiments we can get new business insights and deliver high impact price recommendations.
